Happy Christmas everyone! Yuletide was awesome, and now I am bouncing around waiting for the next ![[info]](http://l-stat.livejournal.com/img/community.gif) bb_shousetsu issue to be up (it's due on the 31st)... am tempted not to tell anyone which story I wrote and see if you can guess. ;)
I'm also writing more of "A Wing and a Prayer" at a suspiciously rapid rate... apparently the combination of NaNo and scrambling to fit two deadlines into one weekend has done something to my writing speed. o.o
I was planning to spend this evening vidding the new Star Trek movie now that I have it on DVD, but it's taking so damn long to rip that I've ended up mucking about with online housekeeping instead. I'm playing around with AO3 at the moment. I was rather wary of it as a project, but Yuletide this year was run through it so I ended up with an account, and I have to say, it is so shiny even in beta mode. The import function is awesome on a stick and the whole metadata system reflects the fact that this was designed by fans and for fans. I guess we'll just have to wait and see if it can handle the sort of load it's likely to see if it becomes popular. In the meantime I'm enjoying the tag system... |
